• Dawie de Klerk

  Managing Director

  Dawie was appointed to the board of Twenty57 on the start-up of the company in July 2008. He is also currently the managing director of Digiata Technology Services, where he joined in 2004.

  
  

  He is a qualified chartered accountant who started his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers. On completion of his articles, he was appointed as financial manager of Land Rover South Africa. He went on to become financial director of the company in 1997. He then spent a year as group financial director of Manica Africa, which is a logistics service provider. He then returned to the motor industry and was appointed the financial directory of MG Rover and Bentley South Africa. He later became executive director of the company, with the responsibility of the general management of all the business units.

• Rob Scriven

  Sales Director

  Rob was appointed to the board of Twenty57 on the start-up of the company in July 2008. He is also a founding member of Digiata Technology Services and currently serves as sales director.

  
  

  He is a chartered accountant and has considerable experience in the delivery of integration, reporting and other business related solutions. He headed up LIBAM IT for 6 years before joining Creation Software and developing solutions for the international financial services industry. These included integration solutions used by organizations such as Old Mutual, Sanlam, Liberty, SCMB, TASC, Gensec and BOE; scrip lending solutions used by Old Mutual, BOE Securities, Deutsche, BJM and Investec; data warehouse solution for Fedsure AM and reporting solutions used by SIM and Liberty Group and many others. He has been involved in the design, implementation, and support of many solutions in South Africa and in Europe.

• Gawie Yssel

  Technical Director

  Gawie was appointed to the board of Twenty57 on the start-up of the company in July 2008. He is also a founding member of Digiata Technology Services and currently serves as technical director.

  
  

  He is a qualified chartered accountant who started his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers. After completion of his articles he joined YHotels as financial director. He spent 8 years in the hospitality industry, after which he joined a software start-up called creation Software. The company was sold to Peregrine Systems, which he joined as director.

• Johan Kühn

  Director

  Johan was appointed to the board of Twenty57 on the start-up of the company in July 2008. Johan and Gawie Yssel have been business partners since 1998. He started Digiata with Gawie Yssel and Rob Scriven in 2001 and has served as director ever since.

  
  

  He is an Industrial Engineer and has managed and implemented many solutions around the multi-manager and outsourced management environments over the past 12 years.

  Director

  Mr Shah joined Twenty57 as a director in 2009. He has previously held managerial positions at General Accident Insurance, First National Finance Bank and Kross Border Trust Services.
